- to confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. 70% final payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival
- a security deposit of € 1.000 is required to be paid at the latest 30 days before the rental start. Preferably via bank transference. The deposit will be refunded within 48 hours after check out. Any damage or loss to the property will be deducted off the deposit
- the payment should preferably be made by bank transfer
